| and although we love children, please do not bring small children to the spa for your appointment. ablution has a 24-hour cancellation policy. if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of your service will be charged. you may reschedule your appointment but "no-shows" will be charged for the full service. if you arrive late for your appointment, your service will be adjusted to time remaining & you will be charged for the full service scheduled. we regret we cannot be responsible for unpredictable circumstances. |
