ablution has a 24-hour cancellation policy if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of your service will be charged. you may reschedule your appointment but "no-shows" will be charged for the full service. if you arrive late for your appointment, your service will be adjusted to time remaining & you will be charged for the full service scheduled. we regret we cannot be responsible for unpredictable circumstances.
spa etiquette please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and although we love children, please do not bring small children to the spa for your appointment.
